Antarctica has many contradictions with the Arctic. Antarctica is not only high but also ice-covered land. Antarctica is the coldest regions in the world, the temperature 30 degrees colder than the Arctic because the Antarctic has a height of almost 10,000 feet, and the temperature is always below zero. But, in the month of December to March, the temperature rises around the freezing point. Temperatures in the south polar temperature reaches below 100 degrees Fahrenheit in winter. The record low temperature in this place until you reach -127 degrees Fahrenheit in 1960. Flora and fauna between the Arctic and the Antarctic is also different. In the Arctic find more in animals and plants including moss, algae, foxes, bears, reindeer. While the in the Antarctic can be found among penguins. Ice is the largest part of the Antarctic. Nearly 85 percent of the total world supply of ice bags is here and its very thick ice almost 8000-13000 feet. If the ice is melting, extreme changes would occur in the world, sea water will overflow to the mainland.

Green revolution occurred from 1950 to 1980. This is marked by increasing world food production increased nearly doubled. But, the longer the green revolution this method does not seem successful, because food production can not compensate for population growth. This happens because the cost of this method is very expensive. Many farmers are not able to provide all chemicals and expensive equipment. Without realizing it, the green revolution has led to social and political impact. It is situated on the cost of the new method. There are different trends between large landowners and the poor in food production. With the green revolution methods that are less successful, the government and farmers are expected to be able to find new methods to better meet the food crisis.
